Terms of online booking
At present we are exploring different suppliers of online payment systems. Until we finalise the right provider for us,
we accept bookings online but payment in person.
1. Payment & Bookings: must be paid for before they are confirmed. Bookings will not be confirmed and your spot will be available to others unless the booking is paid for. We accept bookings online.
2. Cancellation & Refunds: please cancel bookings you cannot attend to free up space for others. This can be done by phone, email or in person. We will refund you in full if the cancelation is made 24hr or more before the booked time. Any cancelations made in less than 24hr before the booked time will not be refunded. In case a cancelation is made by us: we will refund the cost of bookings in full.
3. Advance Booking: bookings can be made (subject to availability) up to 7-days in advance and right up until the start time of the activity quoted online.
4. Transfer of Bookings: bookings are non-transferable (i.e. must be cancelled or attended by the individual who made the booking).
5. Confirmation: confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the online booking.
Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you as well as for billing and order fulfilment. We are legally bound not to disclose your personal data to third parties, unless we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber crime or to protect the website, rights, personal safety of person/s.
