ABOUT OUR SPACE

Our home studio is situated in a cosy apartment of a residential building in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. There is changing space available, also all necessary equipment (including mats). These are disinfected carefully after every class. All you need to bring with you is a towel if you wish.

There is also a play area made available for young babies up to 1.5 years old (or older if they can play happily while mum is exercising away).  The rag and toys in the play area are cleaned after every session. Feel free to also bring your own toys if you prefer.

We strongly recommend that you arrive at the studio 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class. Classes will finish as scheduled despite any late arrival.

ALLERGY WARNING : please note that our space is not suitable to anyone allergic to dogs. We have a well-trained and fully vaccinated Labrador that is quietly kept in a separate room during classes. For any clients allergic to dogs, I am happy to conduct the mat classes in your space.
